What can it not do?
- Informational only and not legal, tax or payroll advice; tip pool and tip-out rules differ by country and US state
- Under US federal law (FLSA), managers and supervisors may not keep tips from a tip pool; the tool flags these roles but does not decide who is eligible
- Does not connect to a POS or payroll system, store staff lists, or compute taxes or wages
- Up to 120 staff rows per calculation
