The service
Zovo Tip Pool Calculator is a tool provided by Zovo, a brand operated by autom8 LLC for use inside ChatGPT, Claude, and other MCP clients. Zovo Tip Pool Calculator is a tip pool calculator and tip out calculator for restaurant, bar, cafe and salon managers. Give it the night's tips (cash and card, with an optional card-fee deduction) and the staff with their hours, points or roles, and it splits the pool by hours worked, by points x hours, by role percentage such as 70% servers, 20% bussers, 10% bar, or in equal shares. It also works out tip-outs, where servers tip out a percent of their sales or tips to bussers, bartenders, hosts and runners. Each share is rounded to the cent with the largest-remainder method, so the shares add up to the pool. A printable PDF tip sheet with a signature line for each person and a CSV are included, and a week view adds up several shifts per person.
